Best Western Sevan Parc Hotel - Pertuis

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel that provided top-notch service and incredible comfort. The location of this place was perfect, as it was close to the train station and made it easy for me to access the city center. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant visit, offering room service, laundry service, and even a wake-up call. I also loved the welcome drink they provided upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

I did not particularly enjoy the food at this hotel. However, there were several restaurants in the surrounding area that I preferred, so it was not a major issue for me.

My wish for a room facing the garden was unfortunately not taken into consideration. I was given a room on the street. Fortunately, the windows were soundproof enough to keep out the traffic noise. Otherwise it was quiet in the hotel. The bathroom is no longer contemporary: bath instead of shower, with limited showering facilities.

Great value hotel with friendly staff and clean and spacious rooms. It's conveniently located near popular attractions and a great place for a city break. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden and the peaceful view from our balcony.

The food in the restaurant was pricey and we didn't feel like the quality matched the cost. The breakfast layout was a bit confusing, and not everything was easy to find.

We had a room with a balcony facing the garden. Everything's fine, nice hotel. New bathroom, large room. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Rooms are simply furnished. Refrigerator, air conditioning available.

Breakfast is good, but for the price of 14EURO quite expensive.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the city center and the train station. Nearby attraction sites like St Remy and Glanum are picturesque and ideally located for those looking to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Provence. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals and excellent services at the Ollivier restaurant. the rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with the added advantage of having a nice pool and garden.

The breakfast layout has been described as a bit odd in one of the reviews, and the pastries are hard and of unacceptable quality, which may be a bit disappointing for some guests.

Extremely courteous and helpful reception desk.Every desk clerk was perfectly suited for interacting with hotel guests. A refreshing change from other hotels. Park setting was beautifully maintained. The property was in a peaceful part of town, was tranquil and had a very large and clean swimming pool. Free parking was an added bonus.

Part of the room ceiling is too low for tall people.

The staff were fantastic! They upgraded my room when the one I booked was not available. The hotel facilities were clean and the location was easy to access the city center. the Ollivier restaurant had great food and friendly service.

Getting to the hotel from the local train station was arduous and stressful. the hotel is not well served by local public transport.

The hotel is used for business seminars and weddings. As I was staying over the weekend when a wedding party was there, you could hear music, although it was minimal when you shut the window. Sensitive sleepers would find it a problem though.
